Who Are These Sessions For?
Each session weaves together creative and holistic practices, shaped around your individual needs and intentions. This may include breathwork to calm the mind and support the voice, gentle movement and stretching to release tension, and mirror work to build confidence and self-awareness. Chanting, affirmations, and simple vocal exploration are used to encourage ease, presence, and expression, alongside yoga-inspired movement and guided meditation to help align body and mind. There is also space to develop a deeper understanding of your body as an instrument - supporting both voice and expression beyond technique. Additional offerings such as recording, styling, or wellbeing support are introduced naturally where relevant, with dedicated space elsewhere to explore these in more detail.
Our individual sessions are open to everyone. They welcome singers and non-singers of all ages and backgrounds, from complete beginners to experienced performers. They’re also suited to actors, educators, trainers and public speakers who want to deepen their vocal expression, as well as professionals seeking greater confidence in communication. These sessions can also support those navigating auditions, exams, or moments of change and challenge in life.
